Constructions (Completion) of Multi-Purpose Facility (Labangon Public Market), Barangay Labangon , Cebu City

CEBU, Philippines – Cebu City South District Representative Eduardo “Edu” Rama has extended support for the realization of the multi-purpose building in Barangay Labangon.

The local government had set aside budget to the realization of the construction of this multi-purpose building.

This project is expected to benefit the residents of Sitio Bliss with the multi-purpose building to serve as a support facility for the social services in the barangay.

This project was constructed by PLD Construction and Development Inc., featuring the Vio-17 Yanmar Excavator. This excavator is renowned for its precision in digging, a critical aspect in the construction of the Labangon Public Market. The excavator’s advanced hydraulic system allows for smooth and precise control over digging operations. Despite its compact size, it ensures that the excavator can dig deeper and more efficiently, speeding up the excavation process ensuring continuous progress on the Labangon Public Market project.

In recent years, more contractor is using mini excavators, a smaller and lighter version of the standard excavator capable of minimizing ground damage and fitting through crowded, narrow sites like parking lots and indoor spaces. Also known as compact excavators, mini excavators typically incorporate reduced tail-swing or zero tail-swing to maneuver tighter turns and avoid contact with any obstacles.
